Payment Schedule: 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security Deposit: A pre-authorization of $500 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 0 days after departure
Lodge Rules
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.
Cleanliness: Please keep the cottage clean during your stay. Remove all trash and personal belongings before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the cottage is left excessively dirty.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Maximum Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit of the cottage. For safety reasons, ensure the number of guests does not surpass the specified limit.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specified in your rental agreement. If pets are permitted, ensure they are supervised and cleaned up after.
Noise Levels: Please respect the quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbors.
Use of Amenities: Use all amenities, including kitchen appliances, furniture, and recreational equipment, responsibly. Report any damages or malfunctions immediately.
Fire Safety: No open flames are allowed inside the cottage. Use outdoor fire pits or designated areas for bonfires, and ensure they are fully extinguished after use.
Parking: Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or park on the grass. Follow all parking guidelines provided upon arrival.
Respect Property: Treat the cottage and surrounding property with respect. Any damages or theft will be charged to your account.
